In the wee hours of the night (or morning), it was revealed by Jorge Sedano of ESPN that the Clippers would be hosting a workout featuring big men. Of the big men listed, former Brooklyn Nets forward appeared on the list, but according Andy Miller, Blatche’s agent, the forward will not be participating in the spur-of-the-moment workout.
Andray Blatche isn’t working out for Clippers today, per agent Andy Miller:”Neither I nor the Clippers have scheduled any workout for Dray.”

Regardless if Blatche is being worked out (or not) or considered by the front office for the final spot on the roster, it seems a bit too late for this potential signing with Glen Davis being re-signed in mid-July.
Davis is a scoring forward like Blatche, with emphatic quotations around the scoring. In his last season with the Brooklyn Nets, Blatche averaged 11.2 points, 5.3 rebounds, and 1.5 assists in 73 appearances. Unfortunately, outside of scoring, Blatche was unable to provide much else to the Nets–mainly on the defensive end and scoping the Clippers current roster build, Blatche fails to fill the roster’s weaknesses.
