Report: Donald Sterling agrees to sell team to Steve Ballmer

It looks like the light at the end of the tunnel is beginning to peak through.

According to Donald Sterling’s lawyer, by way of ESPN Los Angeles’ Ramona Shelbure, the estranged owner in Donald Sterling has agreed to sell the Los Angeles Clippers to Steve Ballmer, dropping his lawsuit against the NBA in the process.

As often as Sterling has changed his stance on this matter, it seems the former Clippers owner has come to gripes with the consequences of his decision and refuses to go through the legal system in order to handle this matter.

“I feel fabulous, I feel very good,” Sterling told NBC4 on Tuesday night when asked how he felt about his wife, Shelly, selling the team to former Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer. “Everything is just the way it should be, really. It may have worked out differently, but it’s good. It’s all good.

“I’m OK, I’m OK. Is the NBA OK? I’m not sure about that. Is [NBA commissioner] Adam Silver OK? I’m sure he’s OK.”I feel fabulous, I feel very good,” Sterling told NBC4 on Tuesday night when asked how he felt about his wife, Shelly, selling the team to former Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer. “Everything is just the way it should be, really. It may have worked out differently, but it’s good. It’s all good.

The NBA will hold a vote to approve the change in ownership, but unless Donald Sterling up and changes his mind, this seems like a done deal ladies and gentlemen.
