NBA Draft Lottery 2014 Results: Cavs Land Top Pick

The NBA Draft Lottery was arguably more anticipated than tonight’s Eastern Conference and it lived up to the hype, ending with a conclusion you likely didn’t suspect. The Los Angeles Lakers didn’t win the number one overall pick. The Boston Celtics didn’t either. Even the super-tanking Milwaukee Bucks failed to land the first overall pick in the biggest draft since 2008.

Instead the Cleveland Cavaliers who had 1.7% of a chance of getting the top pick landed their third number one overall pick in the last four drafts.
