Poll of the Day: Who Has The Dunk of the Year, Paul George or Terrence Ross?

With the dunk contest coming at the end of the week, we’ve decided to run a poll to see what has been the best dunk on the season.

Despite all of the impressive dunks we’ve seen on the season, this comes down to two dunks, both featuring one of the NBA players featured in the above photo. These two dunks refers back to a common debate among basketball fans on what dunk is best: an impressive open-court fastbreak dunk or the poster dunk.

First up is Indiana Pacers superstar Paul George. Against the Los Angeles Clippers, George threw down one of the best dunks we’ve seen in years on the break, hitting hit the Vince Carter-trademarked 360 Windmill. I

The second dunk is from Toronto Raptors guard Terrence Ross. On a fastbreak, Ross went up with Kenneth Faried, one of the more energetic shot blockers in the league, and treated him to the best poster we’ve seen since Blake Griffin versus Timofey Mozgov.

Both wings are looked at as two of the best dunkers in the NBA, making this competition even better. And if this poll doesn’t decide who had the better dunk as the two will be participating the in 2014 Dunk Contest alongside Harrison Barnes, John Wall, Damian Lillard and rookie Ben McLemore.
