DeAndre Jordan Gets “Los Angeles” Ripped Off Jersey

Los Angeles Clippers center DeAndre Jordan had the “Los Angeles” lettering on his jersey ripped off by Tony Wroten in the first quarter of Monday’s game against the Philadelphia 76ers at Wells Fargo Arena. Clipper prevailed 94-83 backed by Jordan’s 21 rebounds (6 offensive & 15 defensive). Jordan almost didn’t play tonight due to a sore ankle.  DJ played in his 180th consecutive game, third in the NBA behind Andre Miller & O.J. Mayo.

Jordan is now second in the NBA in rebounding with 13.3 per game.

Blake Griffin led the Clippers with 26 points (on 9-for-14 shooting) and eight rebounds. Chris Paul added 25 points (on 10-for-18 shooting) and 13 assists.

Next up for the Clippers will be the Boston Celtics.

The newest addition to the team Stephen Jackson will meet the team in Boston. His status for playing in Wednesday’s competition is unknown as of now.
