Okay, so it isn’t actual football, but flag football including Los Angeles Clippers players Blake Griffin, Matt Barnes, DeAndre Jordan and Ryan Hollins.
Analysis: these guys are fast and big. Every player mentioned above stands at 6-foot-8 or higher. Now add that with their exceptional speed that comes at their size and build and it’d be quite impossible to stop these guys.
With all the hype about Miami Heat superstar Lebron James being able to play tight-end in the NFL, you could wonder the same about Griffin. He stands at 6’9 and looks as if he could run a 4’4 in a 40-yard dash. That sounds like a top-tier tight end to me. I’m talking a Rob Gronkowski prototype, but without the frequent injuries and partying after huge losses. Griffin has a soft rep around the league (is unwarranted), so it’s not sure if he can handle a hit by, say, Patrick Willis after catching a pass across the middle. Then again he could take this from Zach Randolph who is just as mean as a middle linebacker.
With all this talent on the Los Angeles Clippers maybe the Oakland Raiders will try and sign them to tryouts. Lord knows that team needs more talent.
