In Random Clippers News: Blake Griffin and Kate Upton a Thing?

If you all are like myself you probably are tired of hearing about the Los Angeles Clippers / Boston Celtics deal breaking down, re-starting, being ruled illegal, etc. etc. So here’s something interesting: Clippers forward Blake Griffin is reportedly dating Sports Illustrated model Kate Upton! Here’s the scoop from Entertainment Online:

A source tells E! News the Sports Illustrated swimsuit beauty and Clippers forward got “very cozy” Wednesday night at NYC hot spot Beauty & Essex.

Blake, 24, showed up to meet a group of friends, including teammate DeAndre Jordan, around 10:30 p.m. wearing a navy and white button-down shirt and salmon-colored pants! Kate, 21, strolled in around 11:30 p.m., joining Blake and his pals while looking sexy in skinny jeans, a nice blouse and heels.

While everyone in the group, which included a few Beauty & Essex staffers who are longtime friends of Blake’s, appeared to be having “a great time,” it was the basketball star and Kate who were cozying up to one another in the club. A source says the pair “were cuddling and holding hands, although they were not seen making out. They seemed pretty cute together.”

Who is Kate Upton some of you may ask? Well I’ll let Youtube show you.

This is irrelevant towards anything basketball-related, but after all of these rumors I figured I’d put something “fun and uplifting” on the site.

Considering the usual twitter reaction when Kate Upton releases a new photo, Blake Griffin is probably winning right now. If you asked Blake to rank his life accomplishments the list probably goes 1) Kate Upton 2) Rookie of the Year 3) All-Star Game.
