Clippers interview Byron Scott today

The Los Angeles Clippers wrapped up a interview with Brian Shaw last night after he dined with Owner Donald T. Sterling, no news if it went good or bad has been confirmed.

Next up was Byron Scott, former coach of the Cleveland Cavaliers at the Clippers Training Facility in Playa Vista. Clippers President Andy Roeser, Vice President of Basketball Operations Gary Sacks and Director of Basketball Operations Eric Miller (Sterling’s Son-In-Law) were all in attendance. Donald T. Sterling wasn’t in the interview.

“The interview went very well,” according to one executive who was no named.

Clippers continue process to find a coach. Byron Scott is currently at facility interviewing.

It is said that the New Jersey Nets will interview Shaw on Wednesday, according to sources the Nets have narrowed down their choices to recently retired Jason Kidd and Brian Shaw so the Clippers have company.

According to sources Byron Scott was not treated with a dinner with Donald Sterling like Brian Shaw was the night before.
