Twitter is a great way for fans to communicate with their favorite athletes across the world. Unfortunately good always comes with the bad and that same form of communication allows those who hate certain players to bombard their mentions with slander, profanity and other disrespectful things.
Jimmy Kimmel has put together a very funny segment on his show Jimmy Kimmel Live called “Mean Tweets” where he gets celebrities to read some of the slander that citizens tweet them. This week, because of the NBA Finals being the big event right now, he decided to put a together a NBA Edition and it is hilarious.
The edition included Los Angeles Clipper players Chris Paul, Blake Griffin, Matt Barnes, and DeAndre Jordan.
Also shown in the video are Los Angeles Lakers players Kobe Bryant and Metta World Peace, Boston Celtics point guard Rajon Rondo, unrestricted free agent Andre Iguodala and television personalities in Bill Simmons, Bob Costas, Greg Anthony and Shaquille O’Neal. Here’s the footage:
DeAndre Jordan wins for the funniest reaction!
