He got us to the 2nd round of playoffs (with a lot of help from CP3, I admit) with the best winning percentage in Clippers history. He has 1 year to prove he can coach at this level with elite players and turn them into an elite team. He'll have a full off-season to recruit and pre-season to prepare. Lets not forget how "throwtogether" last years team was?? And continued to be during the season with all the acquisitions. I admit, I'm sceptical he can really take us to the top level but I do feel he deserves a chance to show what he can do with a legit team. Time will tell, so lets not panic....yet!
