Eight games left, maybe three of those are winable for the Clippers.
At this point in the season, it’s tough to be a fan.
Even though I’m always saying around here that, whenever things look bleak, some sort of misguided optimism shows up just long enough to put a smile on my face.
Not this time.
I’m tired of watching Baron dribble with no intent to create. I’m tired of hoping Eric Gordon’s heel will flare up so he won’t sour on the idea of being a Clipper. I’m tired of watching Chris Kaman prove himself deserving of the All-Star invite he got this year with his extended range. I’m tired of watching Steve Blake reveal himself to be a better option to bring the ball up than Baron. I’m tired of DeAndre Jordan proving that he has yet to understand how to play basketball.
I’m just tired.
These last two weeks will hurt us all, and yet we remain tuned into Prime Ticket or scouring the Internet to see the latest Clipper news.
